Many of my favorite paintings are the ones I had the most fun creating.  
Music, dance, and mood are instrumental in my process.  Staying in a playful state of mind, taking risks, making marks, stepping away...........responding intuitively to color and shape.  

This keeps me open to unpredictable possibilities and authentic moments.  Staying alert and in the moment helps me know when to stop.
